We adopt a standard operating procedure following the international standard to ensure that your documents are well-translated with high accuracy and consistency. Please see our translation process below:
1. Translation
Machine translation will first translate your documents. The translator will review and revise over the machine translation against the source content to ensure the project specifications are met including compliance with specific client terminology, accuracy, and consistency.
2. Check
The translator does self-revision of the target content to correct semantic, grammatical, spelling and other errors, as well as, ensuring compliance with relevant translation project specifications.
3. Revision
The reviser shall examine the target language content against the source language content for any errors and other issues, and its suitability for purpose. This shall include comparison of the source and target language content
4. Review
Our team will do another review on the target language to ensure that it meets the project specifications, and to check any error and its readability.
5. Proofreading
If the client-TSP agreement and project specifications include proofreading, we shall ensure that this service is provided.
Where the proofreading reveals defects, we will make corrections and take appropriate action to remedy these defects.
6. Final verification and release
The project manager shall check the translated documents, and verify if it met with the quality standard and project specifications. The project manager shall remedy any defects before verification, if any.
