Siden DIN | Founder

Mr. Siden is the Founder of Din & Co. and the Director of the NUM International Program of Legal Studies (iLaw). In addition, he is a Legal Specialist of the Cambodian Legal Reform Committee and serves as an Advisor to the Ministry of Commerce (with the rank of Director General). As a seasoned legal expert and institutional leader, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Cambodia’s legal landscape, previously serving as the Secretary General of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre and as the Deputy Secretary General and Spokesperson for the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

His core expertise includes:

Strategic Policy & Government Advisory: Providing high-level counsel to the Royal Government of Cambodia and contributing to national legal policies, including the Strategic Framework of the Royal Government of Cambodia's Legal Reform Program, Young Lawyers Policy and legal aid frameworks.
Arbitration & Institutional Development: As former Secretary General of the NCAC, he led the drafting of the latest NCAC Arbitration and Mediation Rules and helped developed the center’s three-year strategic plan.
Legal Education & Curriculum Design: Founder and Director of the NUM iLaw Program, where he has pioneered English-language legal education at NUM and established it as a premier program in Cambodia.
Dispute Resolution & International Advocacy: A recognized expert in international moot courts, having initiated and coached over 20 teams to historic victories for Cambodia in competitions across Europe and Asia.

Mr. Siden holds an English Language-Based Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics. He completed the Arbitrator Certification Training with the NCAC and has completed the Lawyer’s Professional Skills Training at the Center for Training of the Legal Profession with the Bar Association. A frequent international speaker, he is regularly invited to discuss dispute resolution and ADR landscapes across the ASEAN region, including recent engagements in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.

She is the Co-Principal at Din & Co. and an Adjunct Lecturer at the NUM International Program of Legal Studies. With over seven years of experience in international commercial law firms, she provides strategic legal advisory services to clients across Cambodia and internationally.

Her core expertise includes:

Corporate Advisory: Advising clients on regulations applicable to the operations of their businesses in Cambodia.
Transactions: Drafting sale-purchase agreements, advising on mergers and acquisitions, reviewing and drafting financing and commercial service agreements.
Due Diligence: Conducting legal reviews for local companies, including those pursuing foreign and domestic stock exchange listings.
Dispute Resolution: Handling commercial arbitration disputes at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC).

She holds an LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics of Cambodia and an LL.M. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. She is a duly certified professional approved by the Securities and Exchanges Regulator of Cambodia and the Trust Regulator to advise in those sectors and has completed the Arbitrator Certification Training with the NCAC.

He is one of the founders and currently a Co-Principal at Din & Co. With a career spanning private law, dispute resolution, and legal linguistics, he has experience in providing comprehensive counsel on corporate compliance and commercial operations in Cambodia.

His core expertise includes:

Corporate & Regulatory Compliance: Advising on business registration, licensing, and compliance matters.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration: Serving as a former Legal Officer at the NCAC and a Contribution Expert for the World Bank Group on dispute resolution and market procurement.
Transactional Drafting & Research: Drafting complex instruments such as loan agreements, share purchase agreements, and hypothecation documents across the telecommunications and real estate sectors.
Legal Translation & Linguistics: Providing technical English-Khmer legal translations and managing cross-border documentation for local and international clients.

He holds an LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School. In addition to his work at the firm, he is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the NUM International Program of Legal Studies, having coached teams for the Philip C. Jessup, Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court, Lawasia International Moot Competition, and John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition. He has participated in professional training in Arbitral Award Writing with the NCAC and is one of the few people who have been certified in the use of the Secured Transactions Filing System by the Ministry of Commerce.

He is a certified specialist in Cyber Security and Network Engineering (Mikrotik & CISCO) and holds a Diploma in Professional English from the COEER Language Centre.

He is an Associate at Din & Co. and an Administrative and Academic Officer at the NUM International Program of Legal Studies (iLaw). With a strong foundation in English-language legal studies, he specializes in the intersection of legal operations, academic administration, and institutional quality assurance. His professional background is characterized by a versatile ability to manage complex corporate registrations while simultaneously fostering the next generation of legal talent through his work in academia.

Corporate Governance & Registration: Experienced in preparing comprehensive documentation for company registration and ensuring regulatory compliance for diverse businesses.
Legal Translation & Review: Expert in the precise translation and review of legal instruments and technical documents between English and Khmer.

He holds a Bachelor of Law (English Language Based) from the National University of Management. He is an Associate at Din & Co. and the Program Manager at the NUM International Program of Legal Studies (iLaw). A specialist in academic management and legal operations, he plays a central role in bridging institutional quality assurance with practical legal practice. His career is marked by a deep involvement in international legal education, where he manages strategic planning, accreditation processes, and international cooperation for one of Cambodia’s leading legal programs.

Legal Drafting & Real Estate Matters: Preparing comprehensive legal documents, complaints, and contracts, with specific experience in documentation for land registration.
Institutional Quality & Compliance: Coordinating documentation for quality audits and accreditation to ensure compliance with national and international Quality Assurance frameworks.
Strategic Marketing & Business Development: Designing and executing marketing strategies and business development activities, supported by advanced technical skills in digital design and typography.
Moot Court Training & Advocacy: Training students in legal research, memorandum drafting, and oral pleading, drawing from his extensive experience as a competitor in prestigious global forums.

Mr. Saiyan holds a Bachelor of Law in English Language from the National University of Management. Beyond his professional practice, he is a dedicated advocate for international law, having served as President of the NUM-International Law Students Association and represented Cambodia as an oralist in competitions in London, Frankfurt, and Kuala Lumpur. He is also an experienced event coordinator, having successfully organized over 50 international and national legal webinars and competitions

He is an Associate at Din & Co.. As a legal professional with a strong international academic background, he specializes in legal research, document drafting, and regulatory compliance. A legal professional with an international academic background, he brings a versatile skill set shaped by his experience as a Director’s Assistant at CTN Cabinet, where he managed medical administrative operations, and as a Legal Officer at Angkor Notary Public.

His core expertise includes:

Legal Drafting: Expertise in drafting and revising complex legal instruments, including commercial contracts, demand letters, and letters of intent.
Regulatory Compliance & Registration: Assisting in business registration processes and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Real Estate & Notarial Services: Coordinating legal compliance for hypothecs and the transfer of land ownership, gained through his experience in the notary public sector.
International Research & Publication: Conducting in-depth research on intellectual property and international relations, with a portfolio of published briefs on global legal affairs.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws in English Language from the National University of Management and was a recipient of the prestigious Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) scholarship, through which he studied Criminal Justice and Law at the University of South Dakota in the United States. A high-achieving advocate, he represented Cambodia in the Global Round of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot and has received multiple awards for oral advocacy and legal memorial drafting in international competitions.
